Community Health Worker Training
The goal of this FREE eight-week training is to improve the competencies of Community Health Workers across the state of Washington. Participants enjoy the combination of two in-person days wrapped around 6 weeks of online learning. Inserting Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) Immediately After Childbirth
This course addresses the indications for insertion of intrauterine and subdermal contraception immediately following childbirth. Participants will view a video demonstration showcasing correct postpartum IUD (PPIUD) insertion technique. They will learn best practices for insertion and managing complications. This training offers participants knowledge and resources to enable them to provide an important option for their clients. Register for Training.
Learning Management System (LMS) for Public Health Professionals
The Department of Enterprise Service Learning Management System (LMS) is available to Washington State Public Health Professionals. Access is provided to Washington State Governmental Public Health (Department of Health, Local Health Jurisdiction and Tribes). Other requests are approved on an individual basis.
