Chelan Co. certified nursing and medical assistant licenses suspended due to sexual contact with a patient

OLYMPIA -- State health officials have suspended the license of certified nursing assistant (NC60449882) and registered medical assistant (MR60502921) Jorge Martinez pending further action.

Charges say Martinez had sexual contact with a patient. Martinez cannot practice in Washington until the charges are resolved. He has 20 days to respond to the charges and ask for a hearing.
