Pierce County home care aide’s license suspended on allegations of sexual misconduct

OLYMPIA -- State health officials immediately suspended the license of Pierce County home care aide Margaret Loe (HM60926999) pending further legal action.

Charges state that while providing in-home care for a patient, Loe was videotaped hugging, kissing, and engaging in oral sex with the patient.

Loe cannot practice as a home care aide in Washington until the charges are resolved. She has 20 days to respond to the charges and to ask for a hearing.
