Spokane County massage therapist suspended on sexual misconduct charges

OLYMPIA -- State health officials suspended Spokane County massage therapist Phillip Wayne Harris (MA.60294803) pending further action.

While providing massage services, Harris allegedly touched two female clients inappropriately.

Harris has 20 days to request a hearing to address the charges. He can’t practice massage in Washington until the charges are resolved.

Anyone who believes a health care provider acted unprofessionally is encouraged to call that number to report their complaint.
