Temporary Worker Housing - Certificate of Occupancy or Completion

Construction and Infrastructure Verification

To get your Temporary Worker Housing license, we must verify that all temporary worker and migrant farmworker housing construction and infrastructure is completed and has been approved by the local building department officials.

Initial License Application

Submit copies of the certificate of completion or occupancy for each existing housing facility structure with your Temporary Worker Housing license application packet.

Renewal License Application

If you have new construction or new infrastructure installed since your previous year's application, submit copies of certificate of completion or occupancy for each new construction project and/or copies of approval papers of newly installed infrastructure (sewage, water, electrical) with your Temporary Worker Housing license application packet. If the new construction increased the occupancy, submit an “Amended” license application and enter the new number of units and occupants.
