  • Sardines in water
    • Canned - 3.75 oz, 4.2 oz

  • Boneless
  • Low sodium
  • No added salt
  • Skinless
  • Wild caught

  • With added flavors, foods, or spices
  • Albacore tuna
  • Brisling sardines
  • Dried
  • Fillet
  • Fresh

  • Jack Mackerel
  • Organic
  • Red salmon
  • Smoked
  • Snack packs
  • Solid or chunk white tuna
  • Tongol tuna
  • Yellowfin tuna

Shopping Tip

If you have “Fish-All WIC” as part of your WIC benefits, you can choose a combination of chunk light tuna, pink salmon, or sardines up to the amount of ounces (oz) listed in your benefits.
