February Credentialing Freeze: All licensing and credentialing systems for health professionals and facilities will be unavailable on Friday, February 14 from 5 p.m. until the morning of Wednesday, February 19, 2025, to complete system upgrades. Please complete your applications and renewals now to avoid delays.

Hospice care centers provide hospice services for terminally ill patients in a home-like, non-institutional environment. Hospice services include symptom and pain management for terminally ill people, and emotional, spiritual and bereavement services for the patients and their families.

  • Updated licensing rules - The in-home services licensing rules, chapter 246-335 WAC, have been updated. The department thanks licensees and stakeholders who participated in the eight public rules workshops and assisted department staff members in crafting the updated rule language.
