Participate in the Washington Blue Band Initiative

The Washington State Blue Band Initiative is a collaborative effort to alert health care providers about the patient's preeclampsia or elevated blood pressure during pregnancy and after delivery. Patients will be asked to wear a blue wristband during pregnancy and after delivery, often for up to 6 weeks postpartum.

In Washington, there are a number of hospitals, birth centers, and clinics working together to implement and promote the Blue Band Initiative in their facilities. New sites are welcomed on a rolling basis.

Please fill out the form below if your facility or organization would like to participate or learn more.
