My SNAP Produce Rewards are Missing

If you are here, it means you did not earn SNAP Produce Rewards on your purchase. First, double check your receipt against the Foods that Earn SNAP Produce Rewards (PDF) to make sure that you purchased eligible items. Eligible items are fresh, frozen, and canned fruits and vegetables with no added salt, sugar, or fat. Next, check to make sure that you did not already earn your $50 monthly cap. If you already met your monthly cap, your receipt would show “$50” on the “MTD Incentive Earned” line.

If you check your receipt and still believe that you should have earned SNAP Produce Rewards, contact Washington State Department of Health in one of three ways:

  • Fill out the My SNAP Produce Rewards are Missing form. Please be aware that you will need to upload a copy of your receipt in the form.
  • Email us at ProduceRewards@doh.wa.gov and include:
    • Your name
    • The store location where you made the qualifying purchase
    • A picture of the receipt for the qualifying purchase
  • Call SNAP Produce Rewards: 360-236-2540. Note: this phone line is staffed Monday – Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please leave a message if we are unable to answer your call. In your message, please include your name, contact information, and the stores where you made the qualifying purchase.

However you get in touch with us, the SNAP Produce Rewards team at the Department of Health will respond to you within 5 business days of your submission.
