Rules in Progress

The rules writing process is open to the public. The public is welcome to take part in helping us write rules. Rules are also known as regulations, Washington Administrative Code, or WAC. The rule-making process includes public notices and workshops, and usually a public hearing before a rule becomes final.

CR-105 for X-ray Technician Fee Adjustment was filed with the Code Reviser as WSR 25-23-010 on November 6, 2025

This rule is being proposed under an expedited rule-making process that will eliminate the need for the agency to hold public hearings, prepare a small business economic impact statement, or provide responses to the criteria for a significant legislative rule. If you object to this use of the expedited rule-making process, you must express objections in writing and they must be sent to Tommy Simpson III, radiologic imaging professions program manager via email (Tommy.Simpson@doh.wa.gov), and be received by December 21, 2025, no later than 11:59 p.m.
