About the Webinar

The Washington Department of Health (DOH) hosted a webinar on Thursday, December 5, 2024 to discuss the increase in pertussis outbreaks in Washington state. The webinar covered pertussis clinical manifestation, treatment, vaccine recommendations, vaccination coverage, surveillance, and reporting guidelines. Continuing education (CE) credits are available for nurses, medical assistants, pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians.

  • CE is available for nurses, medical assistants, and pharmacists/pharmacy techs for attending the live webinar OR watching the recording.
  • Even if you attend the live webinar or watch the recording as a group, everyone MUST register for the webinar OR complete the evaluation as an individual prior to receiving CE.

How to receive CE credit
