Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF)
- Makes funds available to drinking water systems to pay for infrastructure improvements.
- This program is funded through federal and state money and subject to state laws and additional federal regulations.

Department of Ecology Grants
Public Participation Grant (PPG)

Public Participation Grants (PPG) provide up to $60,000 per year to individuals and nonprofit organizations to increase public understanding and involvement in cleaning up contaminated sites and improve Washington's waste management practices.

Grant and Funding Assistance from Other Organizations
University of Washington Center for Environmental Health Equity
The mission of the UW Center for Environmental Health Equity (CEHE) is to provide technical assistance to tribal and community organizations in EPA Region 10 states (Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington) to strengthen their capacity and effectiveness in applying to and successfully managing environmental and energy justice grants and programs. The center offers many types of technical assistance, including:
- Facilitation of workshops and meetings
- Content expertise in air quality, water quality, clean energy assessment, maternal and child environmental health, climate resilience, and disaster response.
- Planning support
- Project development
- Collaboration support
- Literature review and data synthesis
- Funding and proposal development
- Administrative and finance support.
