Annual Registration of Generally Licensed Devices

Persons possessing devices under a general license must register all devices subject to registration with the department and pay any applicable fees annually.

Registration includes providing the required information, verifying, correcting, or adding to information supplied by the department.

The authority to possess and use the devices is established by regulation and remains subject to the requirements and limitations of the applicable general license.

• An annual registration consists of:
  Signed Generally Licensed Devices Registration Form (Word)
  • If there has been a change in location send a completed City-County Notification Form (Word)

Annual Fee

Each year you will be billed for the annual fee. Payments are sent to the Revenue Office at:
