License Fee
To apply for a transient accommodation initial license or to renew an annual license, an applicant or licensee must submit an initial or annual license renewal fee.

Renewal Application Late Fee
If the department does not receive your license renewal application and fee on or before the expiration date (postmark date), you must submit an additional late fee.
If we receive your renewal application within 35 days after the expiration date, your late fee is a $77.
If we receive your renewal application more than 35 days after the expiration date, your late fee is $300.
Amended License Fee
If the licensee notifies the department of an increase in the number of lodging units in accordance with WAC 246-360-020(9), the licensee must submit an amended license fee.
Amended License Fee is $232 (includes two hours of review time). If we need additional review time, you will be billed $116 per hour.
