To find abortion care in Washington, you can contact your regular health care provider for a referral or use AbortionFinder. It is OK if you don’t have a regular health care provider, you can just contact an abortion clinic directly to schedule an appointment.
You can get abortion care from all trained providers in Washington, including:
- Advanced registered nurse practitioners (ARNP)
- Certified nurse midwives (CNM)
- Pharmacists (PharmD) – medication abortion only
- Physicians (MD or DO)
- Physician’s Assistants or Associates (PA)

Telehealth Medication Abortion Providers
A telehealth medication abortion means meeting a provider over the computer or phone to get pills that will cause you to have an abortion. You might need to make an in-person appointment with a provider if you don’t know how long you’ve been pregnant or are too far along in your pregnancy.
