Online Reporting
Starting this year (2026), we have partnered with Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife (WDFW) for shellfish production reporting using their new, online reporting system, Washington Aquatic Harvest Hub. This system is a one-stop shop to report both WDFW and DOH production information.
To meet both WDFW and DOH requirements, everyone will need to report, not just shellstock shippers.

What You Need to Report for DOH Requirements
These requirements may vary for other agencies, but for DOH reporting, please ensure the following information has been submitted:
- Operation name and license number.
- Quantity of all shellstock harvested and sold.
- Quantity of shellstock that are purchased and sold.
- Shucker-packers only: Quantity of oysters for restricted-use (shucked meat in gallons or Post Harvest Processed (PHP) in dozens).

Failure to Report
Companies failing to report the required January-December production data by January 14 will be in violation of the Washington State Vibrio parahaemolyticus control plan (WAC 246-282-006) and the National Shellfish Sanitation Program (NSSP) Model Ordinance. You may be subject to enforcement action.
Why You're Reporting
The 2023 NSSP Model Ordinance requires that all State Shellfish Authorities collect and report shellfish production data. This data is used to compare production versus reported illnesses.
