Workshop attendees will make an advisory opinion on each proposal, either to support or not to support. We want all interested parties to have the opportunity to review and comment on proposed changes, so please limit new ideas to this stage.

After Workshop 1, the department will publish the list of advisory opinions on each proposal submitted. Any interested party may submit a comment on one of the previously submitted proposals. These comments may support, oppose or modify a previous proposal. These written comments will be assembled into a report titled “Report on Comments”. This report will be published on this website and notifications will be sent via email to our subscribers. If you are interested in updates, subscribe here.

A public workshop (Workshop 2) will be held to review the “Report on Comments.” Again, the report will serve as an agenda for the meeting.
