We are excited to hear from you! We are gathering feedback on the Environmental Health Disparities (EHD) Map version 3.0 and the supporting documents.
About the Public Comment Survey
We welcome any feedback that you choose to share with us. Any comments that you share will become a public record. Information collected via this survey may be subject to release in accordance with RCW 42.56 (Public Records Act).
After the public comment period ends, we will carefully review all feedback received and incorporate changes. The comments that we anticipate addressing this year include clarifications on the map and in supporting documents. There will be comments that we are unable to address this year. We will keep comments we are unable to address for the future as we continue to update the EHD map.
Tribal Government Engagement
The Washington State Department of Health (DOH) is engaging directly with Tribal governments on the EHD Map. This will be separate from the public comment period. Tribal leaders will receive direct communication from DOH.
