VAC Meetings

The Vaccine Advisory Committee (VAC) meets four times per year. January, July, and October meetings are held on Zoom from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. April meetings are held in a hybrid format (in-person and via Zoom) from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Special meetings may be scheduled outside of the regular quarterly meetings as needed, based on requests or urgent priorities.

Verbal Comments

Individuals may give verbal public comments at the meeting, during the public comment period. 

The amount of time allotted to each person will depend on the number of speakers present (typically 1 to 2 minutes per person). Indicate on the registration link you would like to give public comment. You must sign up by 12:00 noon the day before a meeting to participate in the public comment period.

*In-person comment will be available only during the April hybrid meetings and you must register via Zoom to comment.
