- Hospital and Surgery Center Ratings (leapfroggroup.org) - Provides a single letter grade representing a hospitals overall performance in keeping patients safe from errors, injuries, accidents, and infections.
- Perinatal Data Center – March of Dimes - Provides free access to maternal and infant health-related data at the U.S., state, county, and city level.
- Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS) - PRAMS, the Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System, is a surveillance project of the CDC and health departments. The Washington State PRAMS is sent to new mothers two to six months after they delivery their babies.
- Vital Statistics Birth Data - This dashboard includes birth rates, fertility patterns, and maternal and infant health characteristics. These can be examined by a variety of information including maternal and paternal demographics, delivery method, length of gestation, birth weight, and plurality.

- Maternal Health Innovations Data Snapshots by Priority Area - The data snapshots consolidate key maternal health metrics into topic-specific reports with available data disaggregated by age, race and ethnicity, and rural or urban status. The companion documents include guidance on reading, interpreting, and applying data, and all materials are written in plain language to make them useful to a wide range of audiences.

- Indigenous Perinatal Status Report 2024 (PDF) - DOH partnered with Hummingbird Indigenous Family Services in 2024 to develop an Indigenous Perinatal Status Report for Washington State. The report was based on listening sessions held with AI/AN community members, leaders, and healthcare providers in urban, rural, and Tribal communities throughout Washington.

- Maternity Practices in Infant Nutrition and Care (mPINC™) Survey, CDC - CDC’s national survey assesses maternity care practices and provides feedback to encourage hospitals to make improvements that better support breastfeeding. The questions focus on specific parts of maternity care that affect how babies are fed.
- Reproductive Health Data & Reports, HCA - Data on family planning, pregnancy care, births, and infant outcomes for Apple Health (Medicaid) and Washington.
