Cases of measles are rising across the U.S. and in many countries around the world. We are tracking measles cases and outbreaks in Washington state. All data are preliminary and subject to change.

2025 Washington Measles Cases

In 2025, there were 12 cases of measles confirmed in Washington state. Last year, no cases of measles were linked to a Washington measles outbreak. All cases were related to travel outside of our state.
