SCCI Wizard

The School and Child Care Immunization Wizard is a tool for questions about immunization requirements, forms, the School and Child Care Immunization Module, roster uploads and delegation requests.

The School and Child Care Immunization Wizard can help with questions about using:

  • SCCIM: accounts, reports, rosters and roster uploads, update contact info
  • Immunizations and Vaccination Schedules: entering vaccinations, correcting vaccinations, invalid vaccinations
    • including the ability to securely upload a document like a medical vaccination record
  • Immunization Requirements and Forms: required immunization documentation, CIS, COE, special situations and staff requirements
  • Report student record problems: duplicate records, merged records, incorrect demographic information
  • Manage Delegation: request or rescind delegation
  • Annual Reporting: information about reporting, update contact info

When emailing us about a student or child please only include the SIIS ID number associated with their profile within the WA Immunization Information System (IIS). All emails sent to the SCCI Team inbox are subject to public records requests and are not secure.
