Health Professions Fee Change Information

February Credentialing Freeze: All licensing and credentialing systems for health professionals and facilities will be unavailable on Friday, February 14 from 5 p.m. until the morning of Wednesday, February 19, 2025, to complete system upgrades. Under state law, each profession must be self-supporting through the fees that licensees pay. The department sets or changes fees through a formal rule-making process that includes opportunities for the public to give input. The number of licensees in a profession and the costs to administer the profession affects fees. For more information on the process and how the department determines fees, see the Frequently Asked Questions webpage.
