- BCCHP Provider Orientation Modules
These modules provide an overview of the Breast, Cervical and Colon Health Program (BCCHP) and its procedures and policies. These have not been updated to reflect changes to enrollment and eligibility for BCCHP as a result of the Affordable Care Act. Please continue to use these modules for reference on the basic components of the program. Contact your Prime Contractor for current information on enrollment procedures (PDF) and eligibility criteria (PDF).
Reimbursement
BCCHP has a fee schedule (PDF)—effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019—that specifies which billing codes are allowable and the maximum allowable reimbursement for those codes. Other services and tests will be denied payment. Some services and procedures require prior authorization from your Prime Contractor. Only providers contracted with BCCHP through a Prime Contractor may bill for services through this program. Check with your regional Prime Contractor for billing procedures and forms.
If you have additional questions about reimbursement policies or fees please contact BCCHP at the Department of Health at BCCHPResource@doh.wa.gov.
