  • Prerequisites: Applicants must be employed and sponsored by a career fire department that provides Advanced Life Support and be a member in good standing with the IAFF. All applicants must be placed on special assignment by their sponsoring agency as needed to complete clinical and field rotations, as well as the Capstone Field Internship. Applicants must have current Washington State EMT Certification and have a minimum of 18 months experience as an EMT. Applicants must also have a valid driver's license and a high school diploma, GED or college transcripts.
