Credential of respiratory care practitioner located in King County suspended due to sexual misconduct

OLYMPIA State health officials suspended the credential of respiratory care practitioner Quang Tri Mai (LR61439174) pending further legal action.

Mai was charged in King County with three counts of possession of depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

Mai cannot practice in Washington until the charges against his credential is resolved. He has 20 days to respond to the charges and to ask for a hearing.

Anyone who believes a health care provider acted unprofessionally is encouraged to call this number and report their complaint.
