OLYMPIA – The Department of Health has issued a default order and suspended the license of Nogah Home Care (IHS.FS.60503577) pending further legal action.
Initial charging documents alleged that Nogah Home Care located at 1914 N. 34th Street, #200A, Seattle, WA 98103 failed to submit an approved plan of correction due to violations of law found during a routine survey inspection. Furthermore, Nogah failed to respond to a directed plan of correction issued by the department when they failed to respond to the initial request. Nogah Home Care has not responded to any inquiries made by surveyors since then.
Nogah Home Care had 20 days to respond to the charges issued earlier this year, but never did despite multiple attempts from the department. Nogah may not provide patient care services to patients in Washington state due to this suspension.
