Charges state that King was convicted of third-degree child rape, a felony, in Kitsap County Superior Court. King was sentenced to 14 months in prison and is required to register as a Level 1 sex offender.
King cannot practice in Washington until the charges are resolved. He has 20 days to respond to the charges and request a hearing.
