Licenses of nursing assistant located in Kitsap County suspended on charges of sexual misconduct

OLYMPIA – The Washington State Department of Health suspended the licenses of Kitsap County registered and certified nursing assistant Henry Mutua Kariuki (NA 60994060, NC 61029646) pending further legal action.

Charges state that Kariuki grabbed a resident’s breast and attempted to kiss her while helping her dress.

Kariuki cannot practice in Washington until the charges against his licenses are resolved. He has 20 days to respond to the charges and ask for a hearing.
