Policy and Interpretive Statement Activity

This page includes a complete list of all policy and interpretive statements in effect and active, as well as repealed statements, for the past 12 months. It is updated twice a month.

The Title column can be sorted ascending and descending by clicking on the small triangle next to the Title heading, or you can use the search bar at the top of the list. To use the search, enter key terms for the policy or statement you are looking to locate. For example, if you enter "drinking water" in the search box, all policies or interpretive statements with that exact phrase in their titles will appear at the top of the list. If you aren't finding what you're looking for, try single words—such as just "drinking" or just "water"—to broaden your results.
