Chronic Disease Profiles

Chronic disease profiles provide local data on chronic diseases and related risk factors. The profiles describe the risk of chronic disease, including socioeconomic conditions, risk behaviors and conditions in youth and adults, preventive care utilization, and adult chronic disease prevalence. Profiles draw on data from the Washington Behavioral Risk Factor Survey (BRFSS), Washington Healthy Youth Survey (HYS), and the US Census Bureau American Community Survey (ACS).
