Some vending companies are installing micro-markets in buildings. A micro-market is an alternative to traditional vending machines that usually has dry shelf space, a refrigerator, freezer and self-checkout kiosk. Department of Health has developed Healthy Nutrition Guidelines for Vending & Micro-Markets.
