Current SNAP-Ed Program

The goal of SNAP-Ed is to improve the likelihood that persons eligible for SNAP will have equitable access to nourishing food and safe active spaces. The SNAP-Ed program's main audience is people who receive SNAP benefits (also called EBT, Basic Food, or Food Stamps). SNAP-Ed can also work with people who do not get SNAP benefits but who are eligible to receive SNAP or who get other Federal assistance program benefits, like WIC. SNAP-Ed can also work with people who live in communities with a significant low-income population.
