Many people with cancer live a long time after diagnosis. There are more than 13 million cancer survivors in the United States today. A survivor is defined here as any person who has been diagnosed with cancer.
If you are a cancer survivor who has completed treatment, a Survivorship Care Plan (PDF) can help you understand your cancer treatments that you received and your follow-up needs.
