About the Health Plan Partnership & Immunize WA

The Immunize WA Awards are supported by The Health Plan Partnership, a cooperative alliance of the Department of Health (DOH), Health Care Authority, Washington Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics (WCAAP), Within Reach and all the major health plans in Washington. This program recognizes clinics that reach immunization rates of 70 percent or higher in child and adolescent patient populations and now those that reach 25 percent or higher immunization coverage by initiating the first dose of HPV for 9 and 10-year-olds. View the resources below to learn how to improve immunization rates and become a recognized Immunize WA Awardee in 2025!
