Submission Requirements

Washington State Cancer Registry requires that cases be reported to the central registry within 6 months of diagnosis and/or treatment.

We accept NAACCR submission files via Web Plus. If you do not have a Web Plus account, please create an account with Secure Access Washington (SAW) and return the Web Plus Account Registration form. Please see our “Adding Web Plus as a Service” instructions after you've returned your form to the Washington State Cancer Registry. You won't be able to access Web Plus until we have your completed form.
