Led by the Washington State Department of Health (DOH), our work follows the goals of the Data Modernization Initiative (DMI), a multi-year effort started by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
DMI seeks to modernize data across the federal and state public health landscape. The goal of this initiative is to create a stronger and response-ready data ecosystem. Through this work, we can solve problems before they happen and reduce the harm caused by the problems that do happen.
