We created a public list of certified Cross-Connection Control Specialists (Excel) willing to help water systems with cross-connection control issues.
To add your name to the CCS Public List, follow these directions.
- Read the CCS Service Descriptions (Word).
- Complete, print, and sign the CCS Public List Application Form 331-476-F (Word).
- Scan the completed, signed form and email it to dwopcert@doh.wa.gov.
