CDC recommends everyone 6 months and older should get an updated 2023-2024 COVID-19 vaccine. 

People who are up to date have lower risk of severe illness, hospitalization, and death from COVID-19 than people who are unvaccinated or who have not completed the doses recommended for them by CDC.

COVID-19 vaccination is one of the most important tools to end the COVID-19 pandemic.

Several vaccines are authorized for emergency use or fully approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These vaccines are currently being distributed in Washington state.

Staying up to date with all doses as soon as you are eligible is your best protection against serious illness and death from COVID-19.
