The Adjudicative Clerk Office provides a uniform, efficient, and fair process for all parties in all department hearings. With timely management of hearings, the adjudicative process moves forward with purpose. This unit supports work that guards against unsafe providers. This is a critical component of the disciplinary process. It removes unsafe healthcare providers and allows those who practice safely to continue to work.
