Front Counter
Effective, March 15, 2022, our counter services will re-open for limited assistance, including payment and credentialing document submission only.
We accept cash, check, money order and debit or credit cards (VISA and MasterCard).
Our Customer Service Counter is located on the Tumwater campus, first floor of the Town Center 2 building and is open to the public for limited assistance Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. There is free visitor parking near the building, with additional free visitor parking on the 4th and 5th floors of the parking garage.
