Rules in Progress
Rules are created through a public process involving open public workshops and hearings. The public is welcome to take part in helping us write rules. Rules are also known as regulations, Washington Administrative Code, or WAC. While each rule is in various stages of rule writing, you are welcome to comment any time.

Rule Filing Information Subject of possible rule making: Chapter 246-808 WAC. The Chiropractic Quality Assurance Commission is considering adopting health equity continuing education (CE) rules. The commission will consider adopting model rules adopted by the Department of Health, currently proposed as WAC 246-12-800 through 246-12-830, to comply with RCW 43.70.613. The commission is also considering amending additional sections to make changes to existing CE requirements and improve overall clarity. 22-22-088
