Beginning Oct. 1, 2026, federal changes will affect Apple Health eligibility. To support those impacted, the Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) has detailed information and resources available on their website.

Our Program

Community services are vital for the management of HIV. The Washington State Department of Health HIV Community Service (HCS) Program addresses the needs of persons living with HIV by funding case management and support services that enhance access to and retention in HIV medical care and treatment. The program contracts with local health departments and community-based organizations throughout the state to deliver case management and supportive services.
