Call Center

The HSQA Customer Service Center includes four work units: the Call Center, Front Counter, Renewals and Revenue. The Call Center is responsible for receiving and routing more than 20,000 calls every month. Our Front Counter staff is available for in-person assistance. The Renewal Unit handles a large volume of complex manual renewals monthly. The Revenue Unit ensures that payments are correctly linked to the appropriate license.

Our Call Center staff members are available Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We answer questions about license renewals, applications, complaints, public disclosure requests and other general information.

February Credentialing Freeze: All licensing and credentialing systems for health professionals and facilities will be unavailable on Friday, February 14 from 5 p.m. until the morning of Wednesday, February 19, 2025, to complete system upgrades. Please complete your applications and renewals now to avoid delays.
